It's official, all of the pledges have been fulfilled! They still need to be collected by the postal service so you may not have dispatch emails yet, but they will be with you very soon. This will inlude your tracking number for those who upgraded to tracked shipping.
Shipping Times - How long will it take my package to arrive?
UK packages should arrive in 1-3 business days, but please allow 2 weeks!
Tracked UK packages should arrive by 1pm the next working day after dispatch, if it does not please send me an email.
EU packages should arrive in 3-5 working days, but please allow 12 weeks.
International Standard - 6-7 working days, but please allow 12 weeks.
International Tracked - 5-7 working days, but please allow 12 weeks.
If your rewards do not arrive by the 12th of October please send me a message or email and I'll look into it for you. They should arrive long before this, but the earliest an international package can be declared lost is after 12 weeks.
There are still 23 of you who will not have received a dispatch email. This is because you have not filled out your survey or there was an error when I tried to charge your card. If you think this is you please send me a message or email and I can help you.
Remaining stock will be listed on my website in the not too distant future if you need more foxy goodness in your life!

Fulfilment Update

Hello all! Just checking in so you know where I am at with the shipping process.
All UK packages without tracking have been sent. Since my last update, a couple of you have messaged me to say you are in the UK and have not received your dispatch email. It appears BackerKit sorted those who added tracking to their order into the international orders, d'oh! I will get yours packed up and shipped with my next dispatch.
Next to be shipped: Untracked USA packages - as this is the biggest set of orders, I decided to tackle them next so it's a downhill process after they are all done. I currently have 110 orders packed which will be on their way today, that will leave just 124 left to do. Add on the UK packages I have already sent and we are well over half way through fulfillment, yey!
I will carry on packing and shipping, and update you again once the next batch is on its way out!

It's the first exciting update, the one where packages are starting to go out! I have packed all of the UK based orders and these will be on their way tomorrow, yey!!
Next it will be international orders! There are more of these, so it will take me a little longer to get them all packed up. Thanks for your patience everyone, I am working as hard as I can 💪🏻🦊
Pins Have Arrived!

Hello everyone! It's the exciting one! The one where the pins are in my hands!!
They have all come out beautifully, even more so than I could have hoped. I have a bit of a mammoth task on my hands now, there are over 6000 pins for me to quality check! I am working through this as quickly as I can. After that is done, it will be on to shipping, another huge job for just one person but I will get through it as quickly as I can 💪🏻
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from my online store! Make sure to add [email protected] to your safe sender list. If you added the tracked shipping upgrade, this will contain your tracking number.
Please bare with me whilst I am shipping pins, I am working through everything as quickly as I can! I am just a single person business, so it will probably take me a few weeks to get through all of the orders. Thank you so much for your continued support and patience!! I am SO EXCITED for you to see them all!!!
I anticipate the next update to be the one that says all of the rewards are on their way, woo!
Production is Complete! Last Chance to Update Addresses

Good news everyone! Production has been completed and all of the designs are on their way to me. They should arrive in the next week or so, once they do I shall dive into quality check and begin shipping them around the start of June! Stickers have arrived already and the cardigans have reached end stage production so it is all coming together beautifully.
As there is only one of me and a few hundred of you, I will be shipping them out in batches. I will be using my online store to handle the fulfilment, so you will receive updates from [email protected] including that all important dispatch notification - make sure to add me to your safe sender list so this doesn't end up in spam!
Adresses will lock in 48 hours. Please make sure your address is up to date now!
